The mellow flavor of LIFE soaked in rum and brandy, along with cinnamon and vanilla.
The vibrant aroma of spices and the rich flavor of the generously used butter blend together as the days go by.
It creates a mellow, deep flavor.
The texture of the marzipan inside and the nutty aroma provide a nice contrast.
In Germany, the home of the tradition, a little bit each day during the Christian Advent period (the four weeks before Christmas).
I have a custom of eating Stollen.
I also SLY DONQ 's stollen into pieces about 1 cm thick, and enjoyed it after meals or as a snack while waiting for Christmas.

Christmas Panettone
Price: 2,916 yen (tax included)
Made with a generous amount of egg yolks and butter, this cake is filled with carefully selected sultana raisins and orange peel.
We added plenty of LIFE such as citron peel and baked it to a fluffy texture.
The original strain (Lievito Madre) is from Sanremo, Italy, with whom we have had a partnership for about 40 years.
This is a traditional Italian fermented confectionary characterized by its rich flavor, achieved through the use of [ingredient name] and aging/fermentation.
In Italy, during the Christmas season, people share their favorite things with loved ones and family.
There is a custom of exchanging panettone as a gift.
