We held our annual Ago Festival!
Period: October 2nd (Fri) - October 15th (Thu)

Limited edition products that are usually only available in Fukuoka are now available in special Ago Festival packaging. Additionally, the limited edition products that are released on the 15th of each month are also available during this period.

■ KAYANOYA for the Ago Festival: ¥2,268 (tax included)
This Hakata-exclusive dashi (broth) is made with flavorful grilled flying fish and aromatic dried flying fish flakes, combined with seven other domestic ingredients including dried sardines, bonito flakes, and true kelp, resulting in a rich and expansive flavor.

■ Seasoning mix for cooked rice (for 2 servings of flying fish rice) 1,296 yen (tax included)
We carefully select flavorful domestic flying fish (ago) and grill them to a fragrant perfection. The special dipping sauce is based on light soy sauce, with the umami of bonito flakes and flying fish sauce, and flavored with ginger juice for a rich taste. This is a limited-edition product available only on Ago Day.

■Flying fish tenderizer in oil (115g)
This product was created with the desire to let you savor the delicious flavor of flying fish. Shredded flying fish is seasoned with KAYANOYA and marinated in rice oil.
