Koike Confectionery
These steamed buns, made with homemade bean paste wrapped in millet and glutinous rice, offer two different textures: fluffy when fresh and chewy when cooled. They are traditional, handmade treats imbued with the wish to ward off misfortune.

Fabric pattern
For 80 years since its founding, Nunome has leveraged the advantages of Hokkaido's geography to create products that maximize the appeal of valuable marine resources.
We will continue to strive to improve the "Nunome brand," a taste that we are proud of.

Setouchi Fisheries
Each piece of fish paste is handcrafted by artisans and cooked slowly over a low heat, resulting in a traditional flavor with a wonderfully firm texture—this is the original nigiri chikuwa (hand-rolled fish cake).

Kobe Chinatown Daido-gyo
A Chinese deli established in 1949 in Kobe's Nankinmachi.
Our main store sells Chinese dim sum for takeout, and at events and pop-up shops, we develop and sell original and carefully crafted Chinese side dishes nationwide.
