"The Harmony of Kyoto's Miso and Ingredients"
For this project, we used Kyoto miso in all of the miso soups.
This bowl of ramen is the result of numerous trials and refinements, using a blend of four types of miso—red, white, koji, and medium-red—to harmonize perfectly with the flavors of the ingredients.
During this period, please enjoy our special miso soup, which changes weekly.
