Since its founding in 1953, Takoman has been creating quality sweets using seasonal local Shizuoka ingredients, and Asagiri Dairy, which began dairy farming in the Asagiri Plateau in 1950 and has continued to preserve its unique raw milk processing methods, providing fresh milk to Shizuoka, joined forces to create Asagiri Kogen Kashiho.
Addressing the social issue of people moving away from milk, we offer sweets that make full use of the raw milk and dairy products produced in the rich natural environment of the Asagiri Plateau.
In addition to milk, they also use plenty of local ingredients in their sweets, working to create sweets that can only be found here.
