An invitation to spring... Delicious sake and delicious snacks! Introducing small sea bream pickles and Houou Bita "Tsurugi"
Delicious snacks that go well with sake.
Fukui's specialty, small sea bream pickled in a barrel,
Fresh fish is marinated in rice vinegar from a local brewery and then aged in a barrel for a delicious and fragrant delicacy.
We also offer the perfect dry sake "Hou-Bita. Tsurugi" at our corner bar in front of the store.
It would be a pleasure to relax and enjoy some sake and delicious snacks while feeling the breath of spring.
