Even when it comes to a single fillet of fish, we study the golden ratio to create a three-dimensional effect through the cutting method, and we work hard every day to make our dishes look even more delicious.
3) Sales method: When couples and parents and children visit the store, they see the large fish on the sales floor and say things like, "I've never seen that before," or "I'd like to try it," which sparks conversation. The store then explains the fish to customers, explaining, "Actually, this is what they look like."
We aim to sell our products in a way that makes the product story visible.
④ Purchasing: We purchase not only freshness, but also the color of the fish itself and whether it will look its most beautiful when placed on a tray.
