Fukuoka Gourmet Fair held

From February 1st to March 31st, we will be holding "Food Feast Fukuoka," using delicious ingredients from Fukuoka Prefecture.

In February, we have prepared tarts made with Amaou and Shiranui strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture, Itoshima oyster doria, and Hakata chicken pasta.
In addition, if you answer a questionnaire while visiting the store, you will be entered into a lottery to win a dinner pair ticket or a tart ticket!

"Amaou Chocolate Shortcake Tart"

A shortcake tart made with Belgian chocolate. A fragrant ar* Grey chocolate tart is sandwiched with melting caramel sauce and lavishly garnished with sweet and sour, juicy Amaou strawberries.

A fragrant roasted green tea cake tart is layered with refreshing mascarpone cream with a yuzu scent, and garnished with fresh Shiranui and Amaou strawberries.

Spear squid caught in the Genkai Sea is sautéed in garlic oil and served with a vibrant fresh green sauce.
A spring-like pasta dish made with dried mullet roe from Sardinia, Italy.
