This soup stock is made with domestic red sea bream and Hokkaido kelp, making the most of the elegant flavor and umami of red sea bream. It is processed using a "instant high-temperature, high-pressure baking method" to achieve a taste that is odorless and has few impurities. It pairs perfectly with soup.

This salted powdered seasoning is based on the delicious flavor of Honkarebushi (dried dried bonito flakes) from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, and is seasoned with bonito flakes, dried sardines, brown horse mackerel flakes, and kelp.It has an exquisite grain size that is neither too coarse nor too fine, making it suitable for everyday use.
