In November, we will be introducing a melt-in-your-mouth La France tart with a mellow aroma.

In November, new tarts will be available, made with La France and Shine Muscat grapes to enjoy the deepening autumn.
La Maison's tarts feature fruits that can only be enjoyed at this time of year.

"La France and Shine Muscat Tart"

This tart is decorated with mellow-smelling La France pears and refreshing Shine Muscat grapes. The tart is filled with fig and cassis jam accented with the gorgeous aroma of green Japanese pepper, and is layered with hazelnut cream.


"Rice flour tart premiere"
1 piece ￥1,180 (tax included)

Crème d'Amande is poured into a crumbly sucre dough made from rice flour and baked, then topped with custard cream and whipped cream.
You can enjoy 10 kinds of colorful seasonal fruits to your heart's content, including La France and Shine Muscat.
