This is for local neighborhood associations (including district-affiliated neighborhood associations) that own community centers!
Yokohama City will provide subsidies of up to 1.3 million yen for air conditioners and up to 600,000 yen for LED lighting.
The subsidy rate is 2/3, which is quite a high rate.
