Please enjoy the variety of "Tanmen" (soup noodles) that combine various ingredients and soups. The "Exquisite Tanmen" with the delicious flavor of stir-fried vegetables and rich salty soup is a recommended dish. Popular Chinese cuisine sets are also available.
At Yokohama Ipponko, we continue to preserve the traditional taste of over 50 years, while also working hard to create new noodle dishes. Our "Zeppin Tanmen" is made in our own factory every day, with wide, chewy, specialty noodles. We use a custom blend of black pepper from a spice manufacturer. Our clear pork and chicken soup with natural stock is made with Chinese cabbage instead of cabbage to reduce sweetness and bring out the umami of the soup. Enjoy the rich, salty soup with stir-fried vegetables.
