Ginza Mikasa Kaikan, a 100-year-old establishment, is opening its first-ever pasta specialty restaurant. Based on recipes cultivated at "AGIO," a restaurant that pioneered Southern European cuisine, the restaurant will further refine the appeal of pasta, which can be expressed in different ways depending on the ingredients and sauces.
