ON SUGAR is a donut and bake Shops based in Fukuoka that offers delicious, handmade products made with carefully selected ingredients.
We use flour from Hokkaido (Haruyokoi), precious cane sugar from Tanegashima (SC sugar), and organic oils derived from nature.
Our sweets are made from carefully selected ingredients, resulting in rich flavors and textures that are unlike any other.

Patisserie Strasbourg +B, a long-loved Yokohama shop, is open for a limited time.
Crispy Baumkuchen filled with baked cheese with a hint of lemon and slowly baked.
The popular cheese in baumkuchen.
The soft and smooth melt-in-your-mouth Baumkuchen is made with plenty of fresh eggs and Calpis butter.
It is also recommended as a souvenir.
