●In order to prevent inconvenience to local residents and accidents, we strictly prohibit visitors from arriving the day before or early in the morning, including staying up all night.

●Depending on the level of congestion, numbered admission tickets may be distributed.
●Numbered tickets will be distributed only one per person.
