Large digital signage installed
A large digital signage measuring 4.5m high and 24m wide will be installed in the open atrium area of the "Center Port," where many people come and go. It will function as a broadcasting and information dissemination device for events held on the event stage, and will implement an environmental presentation that appeals to both the visual and auditory senses. It will create an immersive feeling that only a large digital signage can provide, evolving into a spot where passersby will find themselves stopping in their tracks.
Food court
Digital signage and increased seating
A total of 27 signage screens will be installed on the pillars and walls of the food court "Marina Kitchen," giving it media functionality. In addition to creating an immersive feeling of "full-scale takeover," it will also function as a public INGNI venue. In addition, by updating the fixtures and increasing the seating, the space will be transformed into one that can be used comfortably by more people.
Renovating the common hallway
Rest space four times larger than before
To make shopping in the building more comfortable, the floors of the common corridors have been renovated to create a bright and enjoyable shopping space. The layout of the common corridors has also been revised, and the rest area where customers can take a break has been significantly increased from the previous 100 seats to 400. By providing a space where everyone can take a breather while shopping, the facility will evolve into a comfortable place where customers can relax.
Expanded and renovated baby rest room
Evolving into a more user-friendly space
The baby rest room adjacent to the food court will be made easier to use and the space will be expanded. The diaper changing station and changing table will be renewed, and the nursing space will be remodeled so that parents can use it as well. The new baby rest room will be easy to use and will be a delight for families.
Children can play freely
Newly established "Kids Park"
A new Kids park will be built in the courtyard, which is easily Access from anywhere within the facility, and will include a "Fluffy Mountain" where children can bounce and slide, a "slide," and an "Omnispinner" where they can spin and play. Artificial turf will be used to create a space where children can play freely. There will also be plenty of stroller parking and benches, allowing adults to keep an eye on the children. A safe play area will be created, creating a joyful daily life for children.

Updated with major renovations
We will begin large-scale renovations, including the construction of a new stage roof and the installation of two large digital signage displays. We will create an environment that stimulates the senses of sight and sound and is filled with a sense of presence.
