Use of the dog run and temporary pet care Services are available at Pet Shops ILIO.
- ◎Dog run usage fees
- Basic fee (1 dog & 2 owners)
- ・Weekdays: 600 yen (tax included)/30 minutes
- ・Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 800 yen (tax included) / 30 minutes
- Additional charges (additional charges to the basic charges above)
- ・220 yen (tax included) per dog / 30 minutes
- ・220 yen (tax included) per owner / 30 minutes
- *A basic fee (+ additional fee) will be charged in 30-minute increments.
- *Children of elementary school age or younger cannot use the facility alone.
- *When checking in, you will be required to present two items: this year's rabies vaccination ticket and a certificate valid within the past year.

- Usage fee: 1 hour per dog *Small dogs only
- Weekdays 660 yen (tax included)
- Weekends and holidays: 880 yen (tax included)
- *Luggage can be stored for up to 5 hours.
