- We will store any items purchased at our facility for the same day only. (Up to 2 items per person)

- Any items purchased within the facility will be delivered from the Cloak to the designated parking area within the facility (up to 2 items per person).
- Reception hours: 10:00-18:00
- ●Purchase collection Services
- Any items purchased in our facility will be collected by Cloak staff at Shops and will be stored in Cloak.
(Limit 1 per person per Shops)
Shops hours: 10:00-18:00
Cloak hours: 13:00 - 21:00
*Please refrain from using this service in conjunction with the porter Services.

We will deliver your luggage nationwide for a fee, regardless of whether you purchase it or bring it in.
