Starting April 1st, we'll be offering tarts made with the vibrant red and sweet-and-sour "Benihoppe" strawberries, and the juicy and refreshing "Hyuganatsu" citrus fruit.

Enjoy La Maison's tarts, which bring a refreshing taste of the season from spring to early summer.


"Whole Benihoppe Strawberry Shortcake Tart"

A luxurious shortcake tart made with the irresistibly delicious "Benihoppe" strawberries. Whole strawberries are wrapped in fluffy sponge cake and smooth whipped cream, with a hint of Setouchi lemon paste for added flavor.

"Tart with Miyazaki Prefecture Hyuganatsu citrus and Greek yogurt cream"

A fragrant almond tart is topped with Hyuganatsu Greek yogurt cream and a hint of kumquat jam. This tart has a refreshing taste thanks to the generous use of Hyuganatsu.
