Tim Ho Wan, a Michelin-starred dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong's gourmet capital, known for its popular "Baked Char Siu Bao," also known as the "Char Siu Melon Bun," is currently selling a new winter-only item, the "Black Truffle Chicken Bao," which combines classic and innovative elements. However, due to the overwhelming popularity of the product, the restaurant has decided to extend the sales period by one month from the original plan, and will only sell it until Tuesday, March 31st.

Evolutionary Baked Char Siu Bao "Black Truffle Chicken Bao"
The "Black Truffle Chicken Bao" is a dish made by wrapping juicy chicken filling in a rich, fragrant black truffle skin and baking it in the oven. With one bite, the crispy skin gives off a deep, elegant aroma of truffles, while the delicious flavor of the chicken lingers. The outside is light and fragrant, while the inside is plump and satisfying, adding a touch of luxury to this winter-only "Black Surprise."

Classic (standard) x Innovation (evolution) A luxurious experience in two colors: black and white
In addition to the single dish set of three, the dish will also be available in a twins style that combines Tim Ho Wan's signature dish, the Baked Char Siu Bao, which can be said to be the origin of the restaurant, with the newly introduced Black Truffle Chicken Bao, for a visually and taste bud feast.
The "Baked Char Siu Bao" is a perennial favorite, with a sweet and spicy char siu filling wrapped in a crispy crust similar to melon bread, created by baking the surface in an oven. It's no exaggeration to say that it's synonymous with Tim Ho Wan.
The contrast of black and white expresses the playfulness and creativity of Hong Kong dim sum culture.

Free tasting event for twins only!
During this period, customers who visit with twins will receive a free Twins Set of "Black Truffle Chicken Bao" and "Baked Char Siu Bao" per pair. Please enjoy this playful project, where you can share a new "black x white" dim sum experience with your twin siblings.
