The Michelin-starred signature dish has evolved into a black and white dish!

Tim Ho Wan, a Michelin-starred dim sum restaurant in the gourmet city of Hong Kong known for its popular "Baked Char Siu Bao," also known as the Char Siu Melon Bun, has announced a new winter-only product, the "Black Truffle Chicken Bao," which combines classic and innovative elements. Following an initial launch in Hong Kong, where the restaurant is headquartered, the new product will be gradually rolled out to stores around the world, including Japan. In Japan, the product will be on sale from January 22 (Thursday) to February 28 (Saturday).
