This bakery was founded in Kobe in 1905. Using the "scratch method," whereby artisans carry out all processes in-store, from preparing the dough from flour to shaping and baking, we have a wide variety of freshly baked goods, including authentic French bread and viennoiserie, as well as original products from DONQ LaLaport TOKYO-BAY. In addition, the attached café offers a menu where you can enjoy delicious bread and a relaxing space. All our staff look forward to your visit.
