■Kasho Shoman
Shoman, a confectioner from Shiga Prefecture, is said to be the birthplace of mochi making.
Using Shiga Habutae mochi rice, one of Japan's three finest glutinous rice varieties, the most popular and classic "Black Bean Salted Mochi" and "Mugwort Mochi" are guaranteed to be delicious.
For something a little different, there are plenty of options to choose from, such as the second most popular "raw chocolate daifuku," "ramune float daifuku," and "premium pudding daifuku."
Our "Premium Mitarashi Dango," with its melt-in-your-mouth soft texture, is a popular item with many repeat customers.
These dumplings are a little larger than average, but the soft texture of the dumplings and the sweet soy sauce-based glaze are a perfect match, making them so delicious you could eat several at once.
"Authentic Warabi Mochi" with a melt-in-your-mouth texture
It has such a melt-in-your-mouth texture that you can't pick it up with a toothpick.
Since the warabi mochi itself is subtly sweetened, we use specially selected kinako (roasted soybean flour) that does not contain sugar. The fragrant aroma of the kinako and the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture are a perfect match.
■Sweet potato confectionery specialty shop Mon
Our most popular item: "Fresh Sweet Potato"
An unparalleled, ultimate smooth texture.
The pie crust at the bottom adds a delightful touch.
In addition, we offer a wide variety of sweet potato desserts, including the classic "Oimo Choux" filled with plenty of sweet potato cream, and the irresistibly crispy "Imo Kenpi" (sweet potato sticks).
■Cream pie Asano
Crispy and melty, a blissful texture born from the ultimate golden ratio.
This authentic crème brûlée pie is crafted by Asano, a popular Osaka-based pastry chef who pursues "the blissful taste created by texture."
There are six flavors: vanilla, honey, caramel, Belgian chocolate, almond café au lait, and strawberry.
A sublime combination with a crispy, fragrant baked pie.
Please enjoy this exquisite masterpiece, which can be described as the ultimate cream pie.
