MOMI&TOY'S, the maker of melt-in-your-mouth crepes, is now open on Harbor Street!

The biggest difference between these and regular crepes is in the batter. The gluten that gives them their chewy, sticky texture is kept to a minimum, and almond flour is used instead, resulting in a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture similar to that of a mille crepe, like a thin layer of sponge cake.

We make each item individually after receiving an order from a customer.
"Melting Crepes" are characterized by their fluffy and crispy dough, made with a generous amount of almond flour.
