The biggest difference between these and regular crepes is in the batter. The gluten that gives them their chewy, sticky texture is kept to a minimum, and almond flour is used instead, resulting in a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture similar to that of a mille crepe, like a thin layer of sponge cake.

We make each item individually after receiving an order from a customer.
