■What is a cooling SHEL'TTER?
A cooling SHEL'TTER is a facility for temporarily escaping from the heat. In Togo Town, when the Ministry of the Environment issues a special heatstroke warning for Aichi Prefecture, some public facilities and businesses in the town equipped with air conditioning are designated as cooling SHEL'TTER so that people can protect themselves from the dangerous heat and take a break freely.
