[Notice to customers who purchased the second edition of Dick Bruna x studio CLIP]
We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the recent earthquake centered in Kumamoto Prefecture.
I sincerely pray for the swift recovery of the affected areas.
◆Regarding the release date◆
In-store release date: August 8th (Saturday)
and ST release date: August 7th (Fri) 9:00 AM
*Please note that the release date may change due to natural disasters or other reasons. Check the store's Instagram or other channels for updates.

◆Regarding the implementation of entry restrictions◆
Due to the expected large crowds on the first day of Dick Bruna product release, we will be implementing entry restrictions to ensure customer safety.
・On the first day of release, we may set up a separate entrance for customers purchasing Dick Bruna products.
Due to entry restrictions, you may be asked to queue outdoors. Please take precautions against heatstroke, such as staying hydrated and wearing a parasol or hat.
We will contact customers regarding Dick Bruna products in stages, with a limit of 10 people per customer.
・As this is a limited edition item, there is a possibility that you may not be able to purchase it even if you line up.

◆Regarding entry tickets◆
Due to the expected large crowds on the first day of product release, we will be implementing entry restrictions to ensure the safety of our customers.

Saturday, August 8th 9:30-9:45
Numbered tickets will be distributed at the entrance of the central entrance to the multi-story parking garage on the 1st floor LaLaport TACHIKAWA TACHIHI.
*After the initial distribution of numbered tickets before opening has ended, additional tickets will be distributed at the studio CLIP storefront starting at 10:00 AM.

◆Regarding Purchase Rules◆
- We will not be able to accept orders or reservations until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday).
Until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday), in-store purchases are limited to 2 items of the same product (same color, same size) per transaction, and 6 DI Puffy Magnets.
*Please refrain from purchasing multiple items by lining up again.
Purchases for resale purposes are prohibited.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons at either our physical stores or and ST.
・We will be turning off the in-store inventory display within and ST until August 11th (Tuesday, public holiday).
