This is a udon specialty store in partnership with Miyatake Sanukiseimenjyo a long-established store in the Sanuki region, the home of udon.
The dough is delivered directly from Miyatake Sanukiseimenjyo, and is kneaded and made into noodles in our store every day.
The dough is made using wheat carefully selected by authentic artisans, and the firm udon noodles are made using a unique technique, and go perfectly with the soup stock made with a generous amount of dried sardines caught in the Seto Inland Sea.
You can enjoy the authentic taste of Sanuki.
