PRESS BUTTER SAND: A butter sandwich featuring a crispy cookie base filled with two layers: rich butter cream and smooth, melt-in-your-mouth butter caramel.
We used plenty of butter to create a flavor that allows you to enjoy the taste of butter itself.
The cookies are made using the traditional Japanese confectionery technique called "hasami-yaki," and are baked at high temperatures to create an extra crispy texture.
