Located in a 170-year-old Japanese building constructed at the end of the Edo period and certified as a Kobe City landscape resource, this bakery cafe is based on the concept of fusing "Japan and France" with a selection of breads that evoke an authentic French atmosphere. They do not make sweet or savory breads, but instead focus on meal breads made with carefully selected ingredients and methods that bring out the natural flavor of wheat. They also have a cafe space to provide hints on how to use bread and variations for those who eat bread every day.

Tofu Bread R. BAKERY

(Hyogo Prefecture)

We wondered if we could make bread that was both healthy and delicious...and that's how we arrived at our tofu bread. We knead a generous amount of "tofu" made from domestic soybeans into the dough and carefully make each loaf. Please enjoy the simple flavor that you will never tire of.

TERRAS

(Hyogo Prefecture)

TERRAS is a bakery that lights up the town. Guided by the philosophy of "increasing the amount of happy moments in the town," we at TERRAS hope to bring warm moments of connection between people to this town through bread and coffee. Our bread is made with vegetables grown on our own farm, and we use plenty of them in the dough and fillings, carefully baking to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients. The aroma is soothing, and the dining table is made more enjoyable. We hope that TERRAS will bring a little happiness to the town.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary since opening in Wakayama Prefecture, the bakery is made with dough made from a blend of 10 types of flour and local ingredients from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture, especially fruit, and is waiting for you to try its breads.

NATTER COFFEE

NATTER COFFEE is a small coffee stand located in front of Nishi-Suzurandai Station in Kita-ku, Kobe. As the name "NATTER" suggests, it's a place where you can casually drop in, have a cup of coffee and chat.
We are waiting for you with our carefully selected specialty coffee, homemade donuts and baked goods that go perfectly with it.

This is a bakery with a cafe located in Marutamachi, Kyoto.

    Isuzu Bakery

    Founded in 1946, Isuzu Bakery currently has five stores in Motomachi, Sannomiya, and Sumiyoshi in Kobe. They produce and sell around 180 different products every day, ranging from standard items such as the Prime Minister's Award-winning Hard Yamashoku and the 70cm long Trelon, to seasonal items, rusks, and cookies.
