A tempura rice bowl specialty restaurant with its main store in Ginza, Tokyo, is opening its first location in Saitama!
Our generously portioned tempura rice bowl, featuring freshly fried, crispy seafood and vegetable tempura, is highly praised by both Japanese and international customers.
By frying at high temperature all at once, the batter becomes incredibly light. This locks in the crispy texture and the natural flavors of the ingredients.
Then, the secret tempura sauce, with its carefully balanced sweetness and richness, soaks into the piping hot, fluffy rice, creating a flavor that will have you reaching for more.
