This treat features a red bean cream made with red bean paste from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and butter cream, sandwiched between soft and fluffy sponge cakes.

This fresh dorayaki features a light and melt-in-your-mouth red bean cream filling made with flavorful red bean paste from Tokachi-grown adzuki beans and fresh cream, sandwiched between soft and fluffy mikasa-flavored pancakes.

These moist, smooth bean paste buns capture the steam and aroma of the steamer basket. Enjoy the rich flavor and aroma of sake, made with sake lees from premium ginjo sake.
