This oven-baked cheesecake, made with carefully selected cheese and baked in an oven right in front of the store, is the first of its kind in Shizuoka. You can enjoy the fluffy taste when warmed and the rich cheese flavor when chilled.
We offer three seasonal Gouda cheesecakes, each bursting with the rich, flavorful Edam cheese and the savory Gouda cheese from Hokkaido.
