Information on areas where pets are allowed
■ Requests to customers with pets
- Please refrain from bringing pets other than guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistance dogs to any areas other than those indicated on the facility route map.
*We may ask you to present a certificate to confirm that your dog is a guide dog, assistance dog, or hearing dog. - Any trouble that occurs in the elevator or within the facility is the owner's responsibility.
- If you are coming by car, please use the East surface parking lot or the store building rooftop parking lot.
- Owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement and other waste, and must contact the Disaster Prevention Center (TEL: 055-929-6655).
- Owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.
- The facility takes no responsibility for any disputes between pets.
- If you are bringing a pet into a pet Shops, please use a pet cart or carrier bag with your pet's head inside.
- The facility is not responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by pets.
- We ask for your cooperation in not causing inconvenience to other customers.
