The 40m wide, 9.3m high, 406t-weighted floodgate was built to prevent tsunamis from entering. It will also feature an observation deck with a view of Mt. Fuji, located about 30m above ground.

This park was developed as a villa for the imperial family to relax in from the Meiji to Showa periods. The East Annex, which features a Japanese garden and teahouse, is open to the public. There is also a coffee shop converted from a horse stable.

This park makes use of the natural environment of Mt. Kanuki. The view of Numazu city from the summit is magnificent. For that reason, many people come here to walk. You can also drive to the middle of the mountain, where there is a memorial tower for the war dead, a rest area and playground equipment.

Clematis Hill is a cultural complex located on the slopes of Mt. Aitaka in Nagaizumi-cho, Sunto-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture. In addition to the art museum, it also has a restaurant and other facilities.
