Sakakaku Souhonpo makes sweets that make use of the bounty of nature, focusing on shrimp crackers called "Yukari," which were created through creative innovation based on the shrimp crackers that were presented to the Tokugawa family during the Edo period.
At the LaLaport NAGOYA minato AQULS store, we will be selling freshly baked Yukari bread, baked in-store.
