Local fish from Mikawa Bay and Ise Bay, as well as delicious fish from all over the country, are delivered directly from fishing ports and markets every day!
We also offer fresh seafood directly from fishermen at reasonable prices.
All the tuna used at Kin no Uomaru is fresh tuna.
Of the tuna distributed in Japan, approximately 20% is not frozen.
This precious "raw tuna" is what we use in our restaurant.
