Sagawa Home Delivery Service Support Center is located on the first floor.

In addition to luggage delivery Services, we also offer temporary luggage storage (for a fee).
We also provide various packaging materials such as cardboard and cushioning materials.

You can also pick up parcels that have been redelivered due to absence at our center.
Please feel free to use it while you are shopping or visiting the museum.
