Information on areas where pets are allowed
If you are bringing a pet into the pet Shops, please make sure to go through the pet-friendly area.
Please be sure to follow the rules for each area when using the facilities.
Please refrain from bringing pets into the facility other than areas where pets are permitted, or into the Green Plaza (Coexistence Area, etc.).
*Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are allowed.
[Rules when accompanying pets]
- Pet owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement.
- Owners are responsible for dealing with any damage or claims caused by pets.
- Please refrain from tying leashes to posts or leaving pets unattended in cars.
- The facility will not take any responsibility for any accidents or troubles caused by pets.
- We ask for your cooperation in not causing inconvenience to other customers.
