The Kujo Green Onion Mayo Series "Yuzu Green Onion Ponzu" is a product that was released for a limited time last year and was very well received. It is based on a "domestically produced yuzu ponzu sauce" made with "Kito yuzu" from Naka-cho, Tokushima Prefecture, which is characterized by its rich aroma and elegant, deep acidity, and is combined with crisp Kujo green onions, and topped with colorful "special yuzu flakes" and "white sesame seeds".
In addition, this time we have included a separate packet of "domestically produced yuzu ponzu sauce" that was developed specifically for use as a topping.
