First aid basics that will come in handy in an emergency

In the event of an injury or sudden illness, if someone by your side can provide first aid, it could save a life.
In particular, in the event of a major disaster, this can prevent the condition from worsening and ease pain before reaching the hospital.
To help you stay calm and act in an emergency, we asked disaster prevention specialist Goto about the basics of first aid for injuries, stroke, heatstroke, and more!
・Date and time: February 21st (Sat) 13:30-15:30
Location: LaLaport KASHIWANOHA North Building 3F, Town Health Research Institute A-Shi-Ta
Participation fee: Free
Capacity: 30 people, first come first served
