    Before entering the [Mitsui Shopping Park Members Program] Campaign to receive 1,500 points for purchases made at participating facilities and online store (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign"), please read and agree to these entry terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). These Terms constitute the agreement between the person entering this Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant") and Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
    ■ Notes regarding entry
    The entry deadline is July 31, 2026 (Friday) at 23:59.
    Minors must obtain parental consent before registering.
    ・Each person may only enter once.
    The points awarded can be used at participating facilities until December 31, 2026 (Thursday).
    For online store purchases, the campaign is only applicable if you place your order by July 31, 2026 (Friday) and the points are credited by August 14, 2026 (Friday).
    - If you return or exchange an item, you may not be eligible for point rewards or double points in the Members Program.
    This campaign may end without prior notice.
    ・These terms and conditions and the contents of the dedicated form may be changed during the period.
    If any false or incomplete information is found, or if any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions is detected, or if there are any duplicate entries or other deficiencies, your winning rights may be invalidated.
    ・All expenses related to your application, such as internet connection fees and data charges, will be the responsibility of the applicant.
    Depending on your smartphone model, settings, usage, and communication environment, you may not be able to apply.
