Information on areas where pets are allowed

Pets are only allowed in the area from the southeast entrance on the 1st floor to PETS-FIRST PETS-FIRST Animal Hospital.
*If you are bringing pets to the above areas, please use a pet cart or carrier bag with the pet's head inside.
*Please note that pets are not allowed in any areas other than those listed above.

* Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs are permitted inside the facility.
Guests traveling with pets by car should use the East Multi-story Parking Garage. Other parking lots are not available. Please use the elevator on the southeast entrance side to enter the building.
