We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting reservations for the "Cosme Decorte Holiday Coffret," which has been the subject of numerous Contact this year.

This year, in accordance with manufacturer regulations and to alleviate congestion at stores, reservations for the following two items will be accepted via in-store reservation and numbered ticket system.

◆ Reservation Acceptance Rules ◆
[How to make a reservation]
In-store registration only
*Due to manufacturer regulations, it is now mandatory to present and verify the "KOSE ID linkage screen" at the store when making a reservation. Therefore, we cannot accept reservations or holds by phone.

[Reservation/Purchase Conditions]
① Our Reverse members (those who have registered via the app or LINE)
② Those who have already linked their KOSE ID

[Purchase Restrictions]
Limit of one item per person.

[Registration procedure on the day]
We will distribute numbered tickets in the order of arrival. Please show the "KOSE ID linked screen" to a staff member.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will give you a reservation ticket.
We will process reservations in the order in which they were received.
*Registration will close once the planned number of participants is reached.

[For customers purchasing at the Iwata store: Pickup deadline]
Collection period: From the release date until November 15th (Sunday)
*Please note that if the deadline is missed, your order will be automatically canceled regardless of the reason.
