[STORY]
Sakurai Moe has been sickly since she was a child and has spent her life confined to the home. In the winter of her 15th year, her doctor tells her she has only six months to live. While her family is grieving, Moe decides to attend high school and suddenly confesses her feelings to her classmate Sato Hinata. The two become lovers and gradually grow closer, and on Moe's birthday, they fulfill their dream of going to see the Strawberry Moon, a full moon that is said to bind you together forever if you watch it with your loved one. However, from that day on, Moe has not been heard from again. What is the reason for Moe's disappearance? And what are Moe's feelings revealed 13 years later?
