In 1985, we encountered the confectionery shop "Sanremo" in Veneto, Northern Italy, and were so captivated by their flavor that we established a collaborative relationship. For the past 40 years, our artisans have continued to make traditional Italian confectionery using traditional methods, learning techniques and inheriting the Lievito Madre, the seed of deliciousness.
