How to participate in the campaign
Enter through this page and make a credit payment with an eligible card at participating stores between October 13th (Tue) and November 12th (Thu).

Bonus period
The accrual of Mitsui Shopping Park points and the addition of accumulated points as a result of this campaign will begin in late January 2027.

◆Entry Rules
Before entering the "Limited-Time Offer! 10% Point Cashback Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign"), please carefully read and agree to the following Campaign Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") before entering. These Terms constitute the agreement between you, who enter this Campaign, and Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
◆Overview
If you register during the campaign period and pay with an eligible card at participating stores, you will receive Mitsui Shopping Park Points equivalent to 10% of your spending (up to 2,000 points).
*Points will be awarded retroactively.
*Purchases made within the eligible purchase period will be included in this campaign, regardless of whether you entered the campaign beforehand. However, the maximum number of points awarded is 2,000 points.
*Participating stores vary by facility. If you use two or more participating stores, you will receive up to 2,000 points based on the total amount spent.
◆Notes regarding entry
The entry deadline is November 12, 2026 (Thursday) at 23:59.
Minors must obtain parental consent before registering.
This campaign may end without prior notice.
・These terms and conditions and the contents of the dedicated form may be changed during the period.
If any false or incomplete information is found in the dedicated form, or if any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions is detected, your right to receive points may be invalidated.
- All expenses related to entry, such as internet connection fees and data charges, will be the responsibility of the participant.
Depending on your smartphone model, settings, usage, and communication environment, you may not be able to participate.

◆Notes regarding point accrual
The right to receive points is valid only for the person who entered the contest and cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash.
・Mitsui Shopping Park Points are scheduled to be awarded in late January 2027.
- Entries can be submitted either before or after the purchase, as long as it is within the purchase period.
Even if you use the service at multiple stores or make multiple purchases, the maximum number of Mitsui Shopping Park Points you can earn throughout the period is 2,000 points.
- If you return or exchange an item outside of the specified period, you may not be eligible for points.
If you cancel your card, you will no longer be eligible for points.
This campaign does not apply to use at facilities or stores other than those listed.
Please note that your entry may be invalidated if there are any errors or fraudulent activity in your membership information.
• The Mitsui Shopping Park Points awarded have an expiration date.
• Some stores may not accept the Mitsui Shopping Park Points awarded. Please check the website of each facility for details.
・Transportation costs to the facility when using Mitsui Shopping Park Points will be the customer's responsibility.
◆Regarding the suspension or cancellation of this campaign
If any of the following occurs, we may temporarily suspend or cancel this campaign without prior notice.
(1) When performing regular or emergency maintenance on the systems related to this campaign.
(2) If it becomes impossible to provide this campaign due to system malfunction or other reasons
(3) If it becomes impossible to provide this campaign due to fire, power outage, etc.
(4) If it becomes impossible to provide this campaign due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters like earthquakes and tsunamis, or outbreaks of infectious diseases.
(5) In other cases where it is deemed necessary to interrupt or suspend operations or technically.
Even if delays, interruptions, or cancellations of this campaign occur for reasons other than those stated above, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers or third parties as a result, unless such damages are due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
◆Liability
If a participant violates these terms and conditions, or causes damage to our company or a third party through fraudulent or illegal NA行, in connection with their entry into this campaign, the participant shall be liable to compensate for such damage.
If a dispute arises between an entrant and a third party regarding entry into this campaign, the entrant shall resolve the dispute at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to our company unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
◆Disclaimer
Unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the entrant or a third party in connection with entry into this campaign, or for any damages arising from the use or suspension of use of the dedicated form or system failure. Furthermore, if we determine that an entrant has violated these terms and conditions, we may take any measures we deem necessary.
◆Regarding the handling of personal information
