On this day at the beginning of summer vacation, a summery event called "Beach Natural Icing Cookies" was held!
This is a popular event that fills up immediately after it is announced!

This time, we had Professor Hiromi Harada from "natural icing cookie harenohi" come to visit us.
The cream and cookie dough used are handmade by Professor Harada!
The icing cream is colored only with ingredient powders, without the use of synthetic colorings or egg whites.
The cookie dough is also made from natural ingredients, without eggs, dairy products or flour!

The icing cream used comes in four colors: light blue, pink, green, and white.
The light blue is butterfly pea (herbal tea), the pink is hibiscus, the green is spinach, and the white is the natural color of sugar.
This icing cream will be used to ice simple cookies before coloring.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out!

First, start with the icing of the [Beach]!
To create the image of waves, ice the top half of the heart-shaped cookies with light blue cream.
Use a toothpick to make fine adjustments.
Once the waves are dry, use white to create the splashes!

While waiting for the icing on the [Beach] to harden, let's try making [Starfish]!
Use green or pink cream to outline the color, making sure it doesn't go beyond the edges, and then paint the entire piece.
Finally, decorate with white dots!

Finally, let's try Shell!
First, paint the entire piece pure white, edging it with white cream to match the shape of the shell.
Before it hardens, draw three horizontal lines with the light blue cream.
Once you have drawn the horizontal lines, use a toothpick to draw lines downwards from each of the eight indentations in the shell shape...
A lovely peacock pattern was completed.

Let it dry a little and you'll have cute, summery icing cookies.
You can take the remaining cream home with you so you can enjoy it again at home!
