VANS x ELLEGARDEN Sales Notice

We have already announced this on social media and in our app.
We would like to announce that there have been some changes to the announcement.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers by this sudden change. Thank you for your understanding.

・Customers who come to the store between 10:00 and 10:15 on the opening day of VANS x ELLEGARDEN LaLaport Shonan on Wednesday, December 25th will be asked to line up, after which a lottery will be held to sell the items.
*Please note that customers who arrive after 10:15 will not be eligible for the lottery.
*Please note that some changes may occur depending on the situation.
*Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to neighbors, such as waiting around the entrances or exits of the building from late at night the day before.

・There are a total of five VANS x ELLEGARDEN models available (three shoes and two apparel items), but the number of items purchased is limited to one item per person (maximum of five items).
*One person who has the ability to pay will be considered as one person. (Infants, etc. are not accepted.)

We are unable to provide ordering services, delivery Services, introductions or reservations.

-As this is a special product, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are not possible.
