A contact lens prescription (within its validity period) is required to purchase contact lenses.
If you do not have one, you will need to see an ophthalmologist.
*When visiting the ophthalmologist, please bring your health insurance card (and medical certificate, if you have one) and pay the consultation and examination fee.
*Depending on your eye condition and usage environment, a contact lens prescription may not be issued.
