UN Refugee Support Campaign Held

This campaign is conducted by the Japan Association for UNHCR, the official support channel for UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), in commercial facilities and on the streets throughout Japan to support UNHCR's refugee assistance activities.
The campaign explains the activities and support provided by UNHCR, which assists refugees in over 135 countries worldwide, and introduces the monthly ongoing support program, "UN Refugee Supporter."
People who were suddenly forced to leave their homes due to conflict or persecution.
Their lives as refugees can last for more than a decade. With the hope of one day returning to their homeland, they live each day to the fullest amidst the uncertainty of the future. From the day their displacement begins until the day they can live safely in their homeland after peace has returned, UNHCR continues to protect and support refugees.
