As the temperature drops sharply and we feel the deepening of autumn, it's also the time of year when we start to think about the arrival of early winter and begin preparing for it.
We would like to introduce our in-store event, "New Year's Decorations."

Preparing for the New Year, a tradition where older and younger generations welcome the new year together, is a once-a-year event. Some preparations may be as ingrained in memory as sending New Year's cards, while others may involve recalling traditions for decorating and learning from each other step by step.
And I believe that all of these events have been passed down as pure, noble, and yet very familiar customs that are uniquely Japanese.

This year, too, our store has prepared a wide variety of auspicious items for the New Year.
In addition to traditional items such as kagami mochi (rice cakes), shimenawa (sacred ropes), and mizuhiki (decorative cords), we also offer limited-edition designs for the year, including decorations and dishcloths with sheep motifs. We also have items like pochibukuro (small envelopes for money gifts) and mame daruma (small Daruma dolls) that are easy to choose from, allowing you to enjoy the festive atmosphere without being too formal, while still respecting tradition and custom.

The sheep, which live peacefully in herds, has long been considered a symbol of family security and peace.
Wishing you a year filled with kindness, health, and radiance, why not prepare to welcome the new year with your favorite decorations and a bright, hopeful atmosphere?

Please visit Everyday Home Store during this period.
All of our staff look forward to your visit.
